Ski & Snowboard Instructors
Spend your winter on the mountain with the Mount Cain Snow School.
Mount Cain is currently looking for enthusiastic ski and snowboard instructors to join our team for the 2026/27 season.
Whether you’re already certified or looking to grow your experience as an instructor, we’d love to hear from you. Snowboard instructors are especially encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group ski or snowboard lessons
- Support beginner and intermediate riders of all ages
- Help lead the Wolf Pack freeride program for youth ages 6-14
- Work with local school groups as part of our Learn to Ride program
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for guests
Schedule
- Weekends throughout the season
- Mondays for school programs
- Christmas and March Break operations
- Flexible scheduling considered
Benefits
- Starting wage: $19.23 per hour, based on experience

Shop Attendants / Technicians
Love skiing, snowboarding, and helping people get ready for a great day on the hill?
Mount Cain is currently seeking Ski Shop Attendants and Technicians for the 2026/27 season.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about equipment, and being part of a busy ski hill operation.
What You’ll Do
- Assist guests with ski and snowboard rentals
- Help fit equipment and provide rental support
- Operate the point of sale system and cash register
- Assist with merchandising and retail sales
- Perform waxing, edge sharpening, and basic equipment maintenance
- Help keep the shop organized and running smoothly
Training will be provided, including rental fitting procedures and shop operations.
Schedule
- Weekends throughout the season
- Christmas and March Break operations
- Flexible scheduling available

Ticket Booth Attendant
Join the Mount Cain ticket booth team for the 2026/27 season. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people who enjoy helping guests and being part of the Mount Cain community.
What You’ll Do
- Process lift-ticket and season-pass sales using Square
- Provide friendly and accurate customer service
- Answer questions and direct guests to the appropriate area or staff member
- Check tickets at the bottom and top of the lift
- Work independently and as part of the ticket booth team
Schedule and Benefits
- Starting wage: $18.64 per hour
- Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Some Friday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
- Rotating schedule, generally every other weekend, with some flexibility
- Season pass included
- On-site accommodation provided on working weekends

Assistant Manager, Ticket Booth
What You’ll Do
- Process lift-ticket and pass sales using Square
- Support and supervise ticket booth staff
- Help guests and respond to customer questions
- Ensure waivers, forms, and other paperwork are completed accurately
- Assist with producing and distributing season passes
- Help maintain staff schedules and operating procedures
Schedule and Benefits
- Starting wage: $19.23 per hour
- Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Some Friday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., when available
- Rotating schedule, generally every other weekend, with flexibility
- Season pass included

Lift Attendant
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor Mount Cain’s T-bars
- Help skiers and snowboarders load and unload safely
- Show beginners how to use the T-bars
- Perform routine lift inspections
- Set up and maintain loading and unloading areas
- Keep lift areas clear, organised and ready for guests
- Provide friendly assistance and communicate any operational concerns to the appropriate team member
Schedule and Benefits
- Starting wage: $18.64 per hour
- Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, with occasional Friday shifts
- Additional shifts during Christmas and March Break
- Flexible shifts, with opportunities to ski or snowboard between shifts
- Season pass included
- On-site accommodation provided while working
