The days are getting noticeably shorter, the nights have a chill and the morning dew is starting to settle. This of course means minds start to wonder to snowy weekends in the mountains! There’s only 17 of them between now and tentative opening, so preparations are starting to get rolling.
Starting September, as always, the work party weekend and annual general meeting is in the calendar for 19-20/9/2026. So now it should be in yours too!
Quick word on the work party, WE NEED YOU! There’s all kinds of jobs for all kinds of skills or commitment levels so don’t be shy. More details to follow on certain tasks that will need specific skills. But if you can swing an axe, brush on paint or even dust a shelf, they’re all needing to be done to have our big little hill ready for when the snow flys ❄️
