Ski Shop
From snowboards to ski rentals the Mt. Cain Ski Shop outfits skiers with the latest equipment. The shop also offers basic ski necessities such as hats, goggles, fleece wear, and accessories. Ski School
Certified ski and snowboard instructors can help you improve your skiing skills. Group and private lessons are available at reasonable rates through the Mt. Cain Ski Shop. The ski school also offers specialized ski programs geared for children ages 6-9, and 10-12.

Snowshoeing
The area surrounding the Mt. Cain Alpine boasts some of the best snowshoeing and back-country skiing on Vancouver Island. The terrain ranges from gentle sub-alpine trails to mountaineering steeps easily accessible from the parking lot.
Light touring equipment is recommended for sub-alpine trails. For the mountaineer there are three peaks at 1500m within a 5 km radius.
Restaurant
The Cain Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a variety of soups, sandwiches, desserts and snack foods. A large selection of beverages are also available. Cafe hours are Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8 pm; Monday, 8 am to 5 pm.
